RIP Justice Frank Caprio

Justice Caprio was more than a judge,he was a symbol of justice with a human face. Watching him handle cases with empathy, humility, and wisdom showed the world that law can serve people, not just punish them.

As a journalist, I was inspired to enter courtrooms not just to report, but to learn how justice should be done. Sadly, in Uganda’s judiciary, such humanity and professionalism are still missing.

The world has lost a rare voice of fairness. His legacy will continue to remind us that true justice is about compassion as much as it is about the law.
