@SofarmFood@CCPISASSH0E Yep. People don't realize that they're the scariest thing to go bump in the night in rural Texas, and that's on top of how destructive they are.
@PilotBlackbeard@Li33aaa 40k bond is nothing to sneeze at. That means they were pretty serious about keeping her in jail. It would take $4,000 paid to the bondsman to get her out on bond, so she probably sat in jail until trial.
@CharlesJamesIV@tanpukunokami That's so far from the truth. I swear, everyone thinks that New York is the gem of the world. I hate to break it to you, but everything New York has you can find somewhere else, without the hassel of dealing with New Yorkers.
Honestly, we're not in the 80s anymore.
@japan_nobunaga This has to be bait at this point. The dose is the same. They come in larger quantities for the same reason many things come in larger quantities...in America, it may be a 30 minute one way trip to the store... Even in urban environments, because you're trying to get vest value.
@japan_nobunaga Look, sir.... you're missing the point. You make a meal in halves or quarters. Refigerate what you won't use immediately. Freeze an entire bird. Though it isn't great cuisine, you use the chicken to make multiple dishes.
It's about stretching your dollar. Take the extra chicken
@descent73428@kayw3b It always amazes me how being called out about your own behavior offends you guys. If you dodged accountability any more you'd be women.
@RrjjfCMP0ZuV7Vv@tintinpapa1 It's survivalist hobbying. You have to think of it as just a hobby. Many Americas enjoy learning and using things like this for the activity, rather than necessity. I personally enjoy doing it myself, but don't do it camping with others, because it is unnecessarily time consuming

@japan_nobunaga Simpler than most people are making it out to be. Etiquette training was never a huge thing in the US. You are used to eating with your dominant hand, so you naturally switch.
With a lot of cutting meat, it usually self-corrects. I keep my fork in my left hand, now.
