Day 5
Nice, France. Didn’t anticipate being out till 4:30 last night so slept in late, drank cappuccinos, ate a ton of fruit & croissants, & hit the beach. Best dinner in France thus far with a Chardonnay from Lyon, 3 kinds of raw beef, roasted quail, and a tomato w/ burrata.

Day 4
Nice, France. Mental reset by the water. Steak frites for lunch. Little walk to the overlook as the sun went down. Stopped at a cheese and wine shop on the way home to grab a bottle of champagne, some salami, and the best sheep cheese I’ve ever had before dinner.

Day 3
Woke up in Barcelona off 3 hours of sleep. James Bond, Golden Eye at the Monte Carlo casino in Monaco tonight. Tables minimums are €100 🥲

A beautiful Châteauneuf-du-Pape with truffle risotto, truffle mashed potatoes, a whole sea bass, veal chops, and ratatouille

Day 2- Barcelona
The gang let their hair down a little too hard on night 1. Wounded.
Iberico ham, oysters, dry aged tuna, and every wine from the hottest natural wine makers in all of Spain.

Day 1
24 hour travel day and the boys are finally in Barcelona. Rerouted through Portugal. Local Spanish white wine with seafood tapas to start. (Fried sardines, prawns, and calamari)
