@picador1138@LadyAliBooks@iamneilgor Man you're cucked. We're never going to join up with the Muslims to take on the jews. Both can be equally terrible at the same time
@picador1138@LadyAliBooks@iamneilgor He represents a metaphor for doing bad things to bad people. That's his entire character. It's not very deep, but deep enough for people to have a conversation
@MajToure It's not that deep bro. Literally everyone but you seemed to get it. He's a metaphor for doing bad things against bad people. The question the film asks is, are those decisions still the right ones to make? Even though there is collateral damage?
@MajToure That's the point of his character. He represents the common man using violence when the system fails. He's an abhorrent human being. That's the point, literally all actions against the government, even ones that are debatable, are morally reprehensible in the eye of society
@jessfranco69@EricTropicalTX@daveatherton@mtgilchrist@CitizenVMovie@Timcast They couldn't make him moral and get the movie made. They had to make him unhinged. The whole point of the driver he killed is, yes he's doing bad things, but is what he's willing to do to preserve Europe worse than what the rapists are doing to random people?
@picador1138@LadyAliBooks@iamneilgor Yes, for two reasons. One, he's not a good person,as I already stated. The second reason is it's a lot easier to cover up murders when they all live in his buildings. Remember how he alluded to evicting people who can't pay him on time using "his team?"
@MichaelPioch1@Nie_mehr_Krieg That scene was pivotal to his character. He picked the ethnic girl which underlines his contempt for migrants and gets distracted halfway through like the act is a chore. His actions are meant to be uncomfortable. The whole point of the film is whose actions are worse?
@HLC_actual The sex scene had a point that was pivotal to the plot. He's banging an ethnic girl which exemplifies his contempt for the migrants. It also prevents people from labeling him as an incel. Hyper elite bang hookers without a second thought
@picador1138@LadyAliBooks@iamneilgor There is a point to it though. He comes in illegally to preserve the European culture, not destroy it. The self interest subplot that can be explored is that his business takes a hit from government seizure of his property. Which he is fine with if they will pay him full price
@picador1138@LadyAliBooks@iamneilgor He separates his work from his vigilante exploits. He openly acknowledges that the public should be doing what he's doing and his only reason for doing so is that they can learn something from him. He's not a good person and causes the death of an innocent driver.
