@9071Seik You can run through almost the entirety of 343 Guilty Spark without having to fight the Flood. They literally can't catch up to you. Sprint is fine, but it needs to have consequences to balance it. Whether thats stamina or shield recharge not working, something needs to be there.
@McJuggerNuggets What happens if the next baby has a disability? You gonna start practicing eugenics until you get a desired result? I was born at 27 weeks, most likely a drug baby, with autism. Doctors didnt think I would do well, I now work at my state's Capitol. People like you make me sick.
@vitormaicao@ymnis_v1 We'd already have that companion. Rue. Remember, they made it clear she's the ribbon, not the sword. I somewhat agree with the Tyr issue, but Tyr was quite different as you're searching for him and you know his reputation. We know nothing about Phranque and hes there at the start
@Critical_Scribe@rtodoeleter I too would have preferred something more fitting to the universe, but this is a land where it seems all gods go to (when they die?). As of right now, I don't think we have enough to fully judge how fitting the cube is in this world. I thought Brok looked weird and out of place,
@RaihanZhou@rtodoeleter@Critical_Scribe Well, Phranque. But yeah, they could have picked a much better name. Im standing by my theory its evil and presenting itself as a fairly harmless cube. A warped mirror of Mimir.
@Critical_Scribe@rtodoeleter Well, your first sentence on the post is about storytelling. So it reads that youre talking about the cube in regards to the context of the story. If thats not the case, might want to make that clearer.
@Critical_Scribe@rtodoeleter Also, I agree there are red flags. But I thought the two previous games were brilliant, so Im willing to see what's going on. Its even possible the cube is a disguise meant to lure the player into not suspecting malicious intentions from it.
@Critical_Scribe@rtodoeleter Sometimes I think people forget what a trailer is. It's not supposed to show everything, but instead give you a glimpse into things. So if you don't like that glimpse, that's fair, but you also can't say the story's bad before you know what's in the story.
@Critical_Scribe@rtodoeleter Also, all stories draw from other things. A wearable object that makes the user invisible. A locked door that has secrets behind it. An evil overload. God's seeking vengeance. Everything draws inspiration from other properties and uses them to channel creativity. ->
@wisconsin_now highlight was when he posted what he thought was a YouTube link to a video he made but it was just the backend of YouTube Studio when trying to show people how to make their Rodgers jersies into Love ones with markers and tape.
@wisconsin_now That was magnificent, but I disagree on one point. I care about Brett Husley. His press releases are delightful.Quaint and clearly written by him (did you know he played football in high school- well you will if you read his press releases), they never fail to make me smile. The
