Checkers are in the air from WeatherTech Raceway at Laguna Seca!
Jacob Reid, on his own team, survives the chaos to win the GTP class! Michael Polasek, soloing for G-Force Racing, takes victory in the GTO!

@MattWeaverRA Next gen has too much drag and handling doesn't matter so they can all run partial throttle and easily keep up. I wouldn't mind 50hp taken off if the car had less drag. Body surely has enough drag and downforce that the big spoiler isn't needed?
@jeff_gluck Ready to be disappointed but optimistic this will be a step forward. The hole was dug for 20 years and the ladder isn’t long enough to get out, but NASCAR can still try to climb. If the championship is overhauled, the points need to be as well, but I doubt it will happen.
@CorvetteRacin48 I don't understand. Like with all of their highlights, the video is terrible and has no context for anything so you can't understand the race at all. This is a joke to treat the end of any race like this. I didn't even realise it had gone to the last lap.
@OfficialBSB@bennetts_bike@DoningtonParkUK @eurosport So because Tommy was off pace he starts at the back, but because Glenn was off pace but pitted on lap 1 to change tyres (and then was still off pace) he starts only 6 places lower than he did for Race 1? Bit of an unfair rule imo.

@PabloGz@iRacing From my experience driving the W13, which has surface and core temps on the dash, it seems the core heats up more on a straight than corners. Could be surface temp transferring? Although being in dirty air helps keep temps down. Not a tyre expert but something seems weird.
@PitLanes@EmptyBox_007@IndyCar No but the official Grand Prix Series are allowed to use F1 tracks and any leagues using the F1 cars are allowed be actually broadcasted. The IR-18 cannot be used on Indycar tracks and any races using any of the 3 Indycars cannot be broadcast.
@KensethFan17_20 I think the driers and stuff they have do a better job than the cars. Probably the only advantage they have over other series in these conditions.
@denkmit The solution to "not as good as it could be" racing (calling it bad is wrong, it's still enjoyable) is not more racing. The F1 sprints only exist for the big crypto cheque and I can see this being similar.
