The last president to stand up against the Israeli lobby took an impossible bullet to the head and was replaced by someone far more sympathetic. The public still doesn't have access to the JFK and Epstein files that were promised by this admin.
So yes, I am doubtful of this recent shift in rhetoric from Trump and JD. Until all aid that flows to Israel is cut off these are empty words for damage control of a failed war. It is a good sign that they are finally being spoken though as it shows how much pressure is building on the matter.
If Trump or any admin wanted to cut ties thry should do so swiftly and with overwhelming force. Release all the intel we have that would impact public sentiment towards the country and call for an immediate end in all aid to the country. Publicly declare them to the national security threat they are to America and prosecute those who operate illegal lobbies for their interests. Capture the hundreds of spies we know operate in our country and imprison them.
This will not happen though. Not under this administration.
@AFpost A great example of why freedom of expression is important. Why would I want this man silenced? I'm glad he is speaking his mind on such issues so we can see clearly what he believes. Let him continue to speak of violently crushing a country with over a 30% Christian population.
As the right finally rejects the Israeli lobby, they will undoubtedly attempt to shift to the left. Hopefully the anti Israeli lobby sentiment is strong enough there as well that they are fully expelled from having a host in American politics.
Juneteenth is used as US government propaganda to fool many people into thinking this day was when the last black slave in America was set free. That is a lie, as it was never abolished by the US during the entire war with the state which left the union. The truth is the US government did not fight to free the slaves, they fought for power and the security of this power. The southern states rebelled as was their right at the time and in classic US fashion a war was manufactured as justification to invade.
This does not absolve the southern states of their sin, which was that the catalyst of rebellion was the defense of their rights to slavery. There were good people on both sides of that war, but it was not a war with the "good guys" on one side and the "bad guys" on the other. It was a miserable and disgusting loss of life unlike anything this nation had ever experienced before or has experienced again. That is the reality of civil war. All casualties are your own.
@Jim_Jordan Flooding the country with H1Bs when we already have 55 million people here on Visas still counts as open borders as far as the average American is concerned.
Thomas Massie has to run in 2028...
No matter what the ballot says I will be writing his name on my ballot....
Hes the only one who can be trusted... #MASSIE2028
@JDVance So we stopped them from getting nukes they never had and had no plans of making according to our own intelligence and opened the strait that was never closed until this war was started. This admin sent Americans to die for this and destroyed our economy for the next year.
@HouseGOP House Republicans are disgusting traitors to the Constitution. The Republicans have owned all branches of the US government for almost 2 years now and what do they have to show for it? Epstein cover up and new wars with no added 2A protections or 1A protections.
I'm glad there at least appears to be an end in sight for this war with Iran. The US has gained very little from this conflict and it has been costly both in blood and currency.
@JeremyDLytle73@Skelly4Liberty Republicans will tell you the problem is the government. Democrats will tell you it's the rich. I'm here to tell you they are the same entity. The government and the elites both operate on each other's behalf. Two sides of the same coin of consolidated consolidated power.
We shouldn't be dilly dallying with this rape stuff especially with children. Death penalty for all of it. Our society should have strict requirements on proof of guilt and harsh punishments for horrible crimes.
The concept of "incompetent to stand trial" as used today is absurd. This should be for people in a coma not for psychopaths. If a person is so messed up in the head you're declaring them incompetent to stand trial for murder then hang them or lock them in a cell for eternity.
@NYHCampaign The problem is cost. Making the government the only customer does not help that, just look at the military. If your politicians were truly interested in fully fixing the system they would do away with CON laws that are the reason why nobody can compete in the medical industry.
@WhiteHouse Releasing the Epstein files wasn't controversial, yet this admin fought against the people for it. Everyone involved in this cover up is a blatant criminal and will one day face justice in a court of law or before God.
@sircalebhammer Not trying to be the guy who can't accept an election loss for his side, but that election definitely needs to be reviewed. It's stupidly vulnerable to manipulation.
