Everyone who is prosecuting likes to forget that. This isn't a partisan thing - this is something the supreme court needs to uphold and enforce for you guys. (which Im sure they do for the cases that come across thier desks)
For the rest of the western world, we need to hold our prosecutors accountable to the burden of proof, too.
