@SkyExpressAir I am just getting really tired of being told to email them when clearly there is no one in that position checking emails since I’ve been contacting them for 16 days now with not a single reply.
@SkyExpressAir Can you at least provide me with the information to file a claim for reimbursement?! It’s quite literally the LEAST skyexpress can do.
Your website says to submit a written claim with no information of WHERE to submit it to.
@SkyExpressAir I’ve resorted to begging. PLEASE have someone contact me about my luggage that you failed to transfer to my plane on July 31. One of our party’s luggage appeared in the WRONG CITY yesterday with no updates from you. & no one can tell me where the other luggage is.
@SkyExpressAir I have emailed every. single. email. posted on your website and have not gotten a reply. You found my luggage and supposedly “forwarded” it over two weeks ago and I have received no communication or updates since and only have until next week until I can no longer submit a claim
@SkyExpressAir I STILL have not received any help or been communicated with in anyway. Day 14.. luggage is still lost and your customer service still sucks.
Andddd if they do lose your bag you have to file a claim within 21 days to be reimbursed for your things; while you’re still holding out hope that it will show up. However, there are only VAGUE instructions on how to get reimbursed. Convenient. *insert all the sarcasm*
If you’re ever looking for a flight to Greece, look somewhere else unless you want delays, lost luggage, one luggage ending up in the wrong city and one having no information on it with no way to communicate with the airline.
