@SHANKSTOPME It’s so weird to explain, but the super slow waviness of it just makes it looks so artificial and fake, I only ever get annoyed by it cause I really enjoy gear 5 in the manga and the anime just kills like 80% of the fun with it unless it’s Luffy v Kaido or Luffy v Lucci

@oldmanbayin Then you go to Naruto (or JJK) where you start to have more of the tropes and normal anime regulars, but it still takes itself much more serious and tries to give you a good story with it

@oldmanbayin AOT will always be the best starter anime, no heavy tropes (expect like early season Hange, and then Levi and Erwin), no weirdo anime fan service, and just an amazing story to lock into and not worry about the fact that you’re watching anime

@_youngcapalot Toei genuinely needs to go on a 3 year filler arc after elbaph cause honestly it’s not even Toei’s fault about the pacing anymore, they don’t do filler and the manga is too close so their options are release 1 chapter episodes, or go on hiatus for a year or two
