@jenbrea Why never any mention of multiple chemical sensitivity aka TILT (Toxicant-Induced-Lack of Tolerance) aka environmental illness? I got MCS after acute CO poisoning 20 yrs ago; long-term it affects the heart & brain, i.e., neurological damage but it's ignored in this discussion.

This one hurts. Fell in love w/Treat Williams as Berger in "Hair" (1979). His portrayal of an NYC narcotics detective in "Prince of the City" (1981) was Oscar-worthy. & he was the perfect, imperfect dad in "Everwood." (2002-2006). My thoughts r w/his family. RIP #treatwilliams

India continues to bake. Hearing reports of unusually high humidity in areas that’s not common. High temperature combined with high humidity is deadly. 6 hour survival period at certain levels. The night temps are staying above 30C also in many parts - millions sleeping outside.

Industrial civilization has locked in enough warming that will destroy the habitats of many species, not just humans. Current levels will see an increase of 4C in the lifetime of children born today. Urgent action is required to prevent this devastating future trajectory.
