Bukidnon Rep. Jonathan Keith Flores: The president has chosen dialogue and diplomacy over water cannons. China, on the other hand, believes that might makes right pa rin yung policy nila.
Bukidnon 2nd district Rep. Jonathan Keith Flores can't help but be impressed by President Marcos' restraint when it comes to the West Philippine Sea (WPS) issue, where the country has typically been on the receiving end of China's aggressive actions.

I do not agree with a lot of things which transpired earlier today at the Senate. Honestly? No new information came to light.
The whole proceedings actually solidified my position that we should be talking about the Resolution of Both Houses No. 6 instead.
Three things: 1. COMELEC already halted all proceedings connected to People's Initiative 2. The House of Representative reiterated too many times they are not to abolish the Senate and will support their version of RBH 6 3. Evidence/s and witnesses presented are weak (admit or not this is true).
Since there is no law against congressmen helping the People's Initiative, what can be the resolution of this inquiry anyway? Again... point number 1. Do they really have to fly to Davao for that? Lols
If the Senate President is true to his words that the Senate can finish the Resolution of Both Houses No. 6 with 18 votes before the congress break. Can we focus on this now? This was his commitment to the President (through a meeting) and to us (through a press con).
Anyway...
