That's a damp morning. Just after a late breakfast - chores time now. I slept really well last night so that helps a lot. With MS, energy soon runs out so will have to pace myself.
I drank ginger and lemon tea and ate a few ginger nuts which helped with the nausea. I took 2 painkillers and went to bed with a hot water bottle. Will try my TENS machine later for Crohns backache.
Went to bed as soon as the New Year Fireworks went by on TV. Must look up Natural Pain Relief and Natural Anti-sickness relief as my GP didn't give me any Cyclizine or painkillers. If she had Crohns pain she might see it differently
I think winter is here. Will have to order coal before the week is out. Holly is wise, she is snuggled up in bed. It gets dark early these days - have the lights on as early as 4 pm.
Crohns playing up today. Think I'm going to get plenty of exercise running up and down the stairs to the loo. At least all the exercise will keep me warm!!
That's a very cold day - hands are like 2 big balls of ice. I have a heavy coat on to try and warm me up. Would put on my gloves only I have to do some chores and you can't do chores with gloves on.

Treated myself to two new lippys yesterday - one was a darker colour (Nutmeg Spice) and one slightly lighter (Caramel silk) Both are in the brown spectrum which suit my lips more than the lighter colours eg pinks or the reds.
That was a foggy morning. The sun is out now. Didn't even realise it was foggy till the pharmacy delivery man came to the door with my prescription. I thanked him very much for coming out on such a bad morning.
This has been an unproductive day today. Me and Holly slept late, now I have a headache which is hard to shift. I so hate days like these. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day.
Another chilly morning. Am hoping coal man comes soon to fill up my coal bunker. Waiting impatiently for postman. Will get cooked breakfast while I am waiting.
I think I will make a mug of tea and fill a hot water bottle in case the storm puts the power out. The power lines where I live are all underground so usually in a storm it stays on tho it's best to be prepared anyway.
In a previous storm, the lid of my red kerbside bin blew away, never to be seen again so I only use it for bottles and anything that doesn't fall to bits when it gets wet.
The wind is beginning to pick up now. I hope it isn't as bad as what it said it would be. I'm feeling anxious right now. Have bricks in my kerbside bins and my cacti back in the house.
A successful rescue of ducklings occurred on the Grand Canal by Garda Jim Keegan & Garda Siobhan Murray from Community Policing Unit Pearse Street. Ducks are a very important part of the Community too ๐ฆ
Ordered groceries online this morning. Was going to get them myself but after not much sleep last night, don't think I would have the energy to walk round store. Will get tomorrow night. Not in a hurry to get them.
Must put this computer away for now as the wee brats next door are kicking their ball too near my window and I don't want to let the computer drop if they kick the window - that's how my last computer broke!!
