@Saudi_Airlines unfortunately we experience the same bad service every time we fly on Saudi airlines. The worst service ever given from the ground support team.

@Tawuniya extremely bad service, the approval process is extremely frustrating and complicated. I’ve been struggling to coordinate between the hospital and the insurance team to get approval for basic tests. This is unacceptable

@SaudiAirlinesEn I'm extremely frustrated as it has been over 24 hours since Saudia Airlines lost track of my bag and there has been no response from their website or call center. The lack of communication and effort to locate my bag is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
