Started using ChatGPT for policies, proposals, emails, job descriptions & code snippets. Many don't care that AI-generated content is same or better quality with editing and are suspicious of output. Don't discuss specifics, focus on general benefits of AI to productivity.

Differences in feedback given to male & female leaders contribute to gender inequity in the workplace. Men encouraged to think big, be assertive & display confidence; women told to focus on operational tasks & cooperate. Awareness of biases can create a more equitable workplace.

Chrome will be adding price tracking.. very intriguing. As a consumer, I love this. As a business owner, I'm not yet sure what this means. This would suggest that the practice of "perm-sales" as part of your funnel could start to work against you.
