@CUPRA_UK you really need to get your act together. My brother in law bought a brand new Formentera. It's been making horrid/loud noise when braking. He's been told it's a known fault but offered zero resolution "just how it is" Really??? Only done just over 3k

@CUPRA_UK Well so much for aftersales service! He got to talk to head of customer care on Wednesday who assured him she would look into it and call him back on Thursday. Now Friday and nothing!!! Customer care - zero @CupraService @CUPRA @VWGroup 😡

@CUPRA_UK He's done that on more than one occasion. It's been back in for more checks today to the dealership where he bought it. He's been advised it's a known fault and that, at the moment, nothing can be done!!! Pretty poor!
