I am beyond appalled at the total lack of service I have received from @Barclays. I applied for a @Bounce_BackLoan on launch I have raised 4 complaints - no acknowledgement- spent 4 hours on the phone, made unfulfilled promises. 3x call back requests. Still can’t apply.
