@RAC_Care almost 48 hours since our initial phone call to you and we are still waiting for our vehicle to be delivered. I was promised it would be here between 7.30-8.30 today. Currently 10.15 and no sign. Shocking customer service

@RAC_Care broke down 11am yesterday morning. Finally got RAC to arrange a taxi and got me home for midnight. Promised my vehicle would follow in the early hours of the morning. 32 hours after initial breakdown still no vehicle. Absolute joke
