@VerizonSupport However, every time your agents try to unmerge the accounts and unregister my mobile plan, they run into an error about my mobile account not being able to be "authenticated/validated". They sent me to a physical store to "authenticate the account" with my valid ID. I did that!

@VerizonSupport The store manager said "I'm 100% sure your mobile account is now authenticated ". The store then put me on the phone with corporate again. I explained the situation and after another 3 hours, they said "we can't do it because we can't authenticate your account. Go to a store."
