Raise a bank dispute or paypal dispute, you can call your bank or contact their online customer services. I did this through my banking app who raised a dispute on my behalf.

@gavg82 many people have had failed paypal disputes. i suggest writing a one star review on their trustpilot, they’ll then get you to email them and take it from there. make it clear that this isn’t what you wanted

@Marcie19492849 this is so annoying. Apparently Paypal doesn’t count these as unauthorised.. the way most people are now getting refunds are by leaving one star negative reviews! let me know how you get on with the refund
