Hey guys, it’s Jade Jordan. 🥰❤️ Main Twitter is @FapnormousYT 🥳 This Twitter is for sharing my weight loss journey & updates. Go FOLLOW my workout IG ⤵️⤵️⤵️
My FAVORITE fasting method is OMAD, but I switch to 2MAD, when needed.
Some days you may need more energy, depending on your activity level.
I will allow myself to eat what my body needs... Don't stress the fasting schedule--switch it up when needed! 🥰
Women must get enough protein in a day, and that could be a Lil difficult on OMAD.
Ultimately, do what you feel, but 1-2 meals a day will work for most people.
You want to eat INTUITIVELY, but also just ensure you have enough protein and NUTRIENTS during that time.
I started eating more healthy carbs--full of nutrients to balance my hormones.
Tanking them too low could lead to hair loss and nervous issues...
Don't get me mistaken, I love fasting, but doing it TOO long or too often, could lead to some issues.
So again, BALANCE--my G.
Estrogen LOVES fasting, working out, and overall depleting glucose.
But, PROGRSTRONE needs healthy carbs--think sweet potatoes, squash, beans ect.
You will notice you need more of these to help you produce what's needed to facilitate a healthy cycle and ovulation period.
I suggest switching up HOW you fast, especially for women, to avoid some issues.
Especially anxiety, which can be heightened by not having enough carbs, when you need them.
Women MUST create balance, so they don't tank one hormone over the other.
They must work TOGETHER! 🥰
Okay, so fasting is amazing for MOST hormones, but for women, we have to adjust to ensure we still make ENOUGH progesterone.
Men, on the other hand, will do amazing with fasting--especially ONE meal a day.
Estrogen and Testosterone don't have issues tanking with fasting, btw.
Oh, and if you're wondering what I currently look like, this is me.
Stress caused me to gain some weight, along with medication I took last year.
Anyways, the goal is HEALTH and an optimal MENTAL state/overall wellbeing!
The weight will drop, when you're ready, of course...
@MZNORMASTITZ Hey dear!
Long time, yeah I've kinda been off the map in general, getting my affairs in order.
That was a HUGE part of it. Thanks for checking in lovely! I hope all is well with you sweetie pie. 🥰
Fasting is PHENOMENAL, especially for it's healing properties...
As some of you know, I fell from 4 stories last year, and my body healed on it's own...
How? FASTING! Sleep and a Lil yoga.
Yeah, you're living it up!
I LOVE the islands!
Y'all got that REAL food. If you're looking to lose weight, cut back on your carbs that don't come from natural sources.
Eat healthy, nourishing foods that feed your cells. You got everything you need over there. Beautiful! 😍
@JadeJordanPH That’s a interesting diet foreal those combinations of food really work together for a weight loss process and salmon provides protein im Bahamian from the Bahamas 🇧🇸 so I mostly eat Bahamian food and I’m Jamaican food 🇯🇲 I eat good from both sides of the family deliciously good
I ain't forget about y'all, I've just been having to re-prioritize my time and recalibrate how I move.
I'm sitting on Hella content though.
No more promises. When im ready, you'll know it. 🥰
I lost weight by intermittent FASTING along with a nutrient dense diet full of veggies, nuts, mushrooms, seeds ect.
I was vegetarian for 2 years, so like keto on "crack" haha.
But I eat meat again now and mostly focus on SALMON, bison and steak.
Get some bone broth! Whew! 🥰
@thatguyandmore I wasn't even able to post on here. Can't get into it though.
Sorry to let you guys down.
It's been a rough year / two years.
I'll be back in my FLOW soon.
I had so much I wanted to do with this page, but y'all know niggas be hating.
I'm not even gonna get into it, EVER, cuz feeding negativity simply allows it to grow and fester.
Anyways, I'll still be sharing stuff with y'all, but in a different way.
I love you guys. Take care!
I love eating one meal a day, even if it isn't a keto meal.
Every now and then, I have a break, but fasting for so long--keeps my BS low and oddly enough--ketones remain in circulation...
THIS is why the goal is metabolic FLEXIBILITY!
