@Kk__LOo @passportwaiting With the up grade service do they send it via tnt still? Iv got to apply for upgrade on Monday but all other passports took 5/7 days from printing to being delivered (not an issue because was weeks ago) but if upgrade is same scared won't get it still in time

@Lou_Gou_EYFS @passportwaiting @HM_Passport Spend 2 hours last night ringing the passport number, same think happened got in the qué got cut off 4 minutes 12 minutes 15 minutes 17 minutes and 19 minutes, I just kept ringing

@Lou_Gou_EYFS @passportwaiting @HM_Passport No I didn't, so I done the online form on the website and it just said aim to get back within 72 hours that was it, oviously I only done it yesterday and was bank holiday but I'm going to ring them tomorrow x

@Lou_Gou_EYFS @passportwaiting @HM_Passport When I made the application it said the wait was up to 5 weeks were ment to fly 2nd week April so it gave us 4 weeks leeway but can't see them coming back tbh
