I really hope that @wesstreeting will try and sort out this PA situation in the UK. Doctors are feeling seriously undervalued, and worried about standards of care from people who are not doctors taking their jobs. I think it’s provoking more to go elsewhere. A vicious circle

@TomHowardASD Put it on a worry list at the beginning of the day along with your other thoughts. At the end of the day get a brew and review. Have a think about those things you can change/complete and tick off any that don’t matter.

Today I thought I would write my clinic letters to the patient as a “summary to record what we discussed” and cc the GP.

It really made me consider the language we use that is understandable but medically accurate.

I really enjoyed doing it this way and will continue!
