This was a horrible experience and just ruins the end of the holiday. We flew to Stansted 2 years ago and we had exactly the same experience so it’s not just a one off! This needs to be sorted out! How many people have to complain?!

@STN_Airport Absolute disgrace getting through UK Border Control as a family. Queued for well over 1 hour at 2am with young children. Kids throughout the horrendously long & slow queue tired and overwhelmed along with their parents. Not good enough at all.

Finally made it to the desk to be greeted by a miserable man, not welcoming nor able to show any empathy towards us. Did not speak a word to us, just gave us a filthy look.
