@virginmedia it baffles me why your company is turning away custom. This whole experience has just ensured we don't set up an account

[Jade @Jade_Doh]

@virginmedia is it a prerequisite of virgin staff to not listen? I don't want to take over it. 30 days?! No thanks. Back to @bt_uk !!

[Jade @Jade_Doh]

@daiboy1980 hi I tried that already but because there's an existing suspended service, no one will speak to me! Have to wait for a password?

[Jade @Jade_Doh]

@virginmedia yes I have the name, we don't want to take over the account. Just see what the options are for a new one

[Jade @Jade_Doh]

@virginmedia and customer service tell us something diff each time we call. We just want a new account. We have nothing right now!

[Jade @Jade_Doh]

@virginmedia we have a virgin package at our house in the name of someone who no longer lives here. We've been cut off from everything

[Jade @Jade_Doh]

@virginmedia I have never in my life dealt with such unhelpful staff!! Refusing to put me through to a manager when she was rude to me!!
