@ZARA Hi there, I would like to speak to someone regarding an incident that occurred at your Beverly Center location in LA today. One of your retail assistants wrongly accused me of not paying correctly. She then told me to “Shut the fuck up” & mocked my accent infront of customers.

@ZARA_Care other customers made complaints in store as it was insane. As a general manager was speaking to me she walked behind him laughing at me and waving. It was so unprofessional and the whole thing so disrespectful.

@pizzahutuk I think others would agree but maybe could you introduce a premium lunch time buffet....where if you pay extra you can have stuffed crust and premium toppings on the pizza rather than just margarita, vegetarian and pepperoni??? Just a thought from a Pizza Hut lover
