@AskAmex @AmericanExpress Is there ANYONE that we can talk to about getting a block removed from our card? The block was put on before we could even use the card when we first got it. All we get is a run around, and have called DAILY for a month to get this resolved #StolenMoney

@AskAmex Yes, twice. And we are told the same thing. "There's nothing we can do." That the "back office" is handling it. No one responds to emails either. We were told it would only take 2 days to remove the block, it's been almost a month. And we keep getting told to "just wait".

I've come 2 accept quite a few things this summer:
Some things u can't change, no matter how hard u fight 4 it.
Tho my spirit may not be old, my body is.
