@JTCthatsme Yeah I swapped out feta for mozzarella. Works just as good. Grilled chicken works too.

@JTCthatsme It’s cucumbers, thinly sliced red onions, tomato slices, feta. Olives are optional for me. The dressing is freshly squeezed lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
