TXPD ended up breaking through the facility walls to stop everything. RB Mafia was subdued and the protags rested while me and @Jackie_Cross76 snuck out that back carrying the tech from the room. It wasn't that heavy but being covered in oil didn't help.

Still can't shake the image of that room out my mind. Are Dynacorp responsible for the missing people? Are Protags allowing it just for petty upgrades? I'd look more into it but all this is above my paygrade.
