It kills me to hear people that are in their 30s, 40s & 50s feel like they are “over the hill,” done with their fitness journey & too old to lift anymore. These people will likely live for another 50 years! Realize you still have a whole life ahead of you. Don’t stop now!
I’m thankful for the weight room. For the good days & bad. For the days the barbell feels light as a feather & those where I just feel like shit. I’m grateful for each day I get to walk in, grab that barbell, and move some big weight.
