Translation:

I flooded Canada with millions of new immigrants during the last few years. We brought in people from countries controlled by terrorists and didn't properly vet them, we brought in people from Ukraine and promised them jobs we couldn't deliver, and we brought in international students who paid 3 - 4 times more for an education than the average Canadian with the expectation they would find a job in their field only to end up working at Walmart.

We made the Canadian taxpayer foot the bill to get these people settled- in many cases handing immigrants more money per day than taxpayers were making as the cost of living surged and the middle class found themselves pushed below the poverty line.

The international student scam was designed to put more money back into the government coffers because we embezzled more than we actually had. That's why we also started a second CPP because we emptied the first one.

Anyways, there's an election coming next year and Canadians are angry about how many immigrants we let into the country so now we're going to stop. We've imported enough slave labor to keep our economy moving at a snail pace and we've destabilized our cities to a point where nobody is watching what we're doing anymore because they're surrounded by total chaos all the time, so we feel comfortable closing the doors on immigration for now.

However, we will be accepting busloads of illegal, violent immigrant gangs from the US and we're not going to tell you about it.
