Join me on YouTube for a live stream this Monday at 5PM Eastern. After 15 years of medicine, I wanted to commemorate this milestone by sharing 15 lessons I’ve learned. This is by no means exhaustive, but let’s just say there’s a lot I’ve learned in 15 years!
Lot of patients ask about the pooch under the chin. Liposuction under the chin is rarely the answer and never the answer if you’re over 40. Wanna know why? Follow for more!! #youarebeautiful
You don’t need a compass or Google Maps to find the most beautiful version of you. Start your beauty here at the You Are Beautiful Aesthetic Institute.
You are beautiful.
You are unique.
You are worth it.
I believe that these three core truths are elemental to this goal. The first is that you are beautiful. The second is that you are unique. The third is that you are worth it. Share this with someone in your life who is beautiful.
As the founder of the You Are Beautiful Aesthetic Institute a.k.a. YAB, I am constantly thinking of ways to improve the patient experience to help you achieve the most beautiful version of yourself.
Beauty isn’t a single appointment. It’s a strategy. The most elegant results come from women who think in years, not one-off visits. Subtle refinements over time always outperform quick fixes.

Thankfully, many patients do have great outcomes, but I don’t want this to be you. I have no reason to be biased against Korea.
What are the most important things before pursuing plastic surgery is trusting your surgeon. One aspect of that trust is using the best technique.
Seeing patients like this makes me very sad.
This person had surgery in Korea a couple years ago, and whoever did her surgery left her with this unsightly scar. Not only that, there’s hair bearing skin in front of her ear (what the actual…), and her earlobe is pulled down.
It’s unfortunate that people automatically think that if you travel somewhere, that you will have the best possible outcome. Some people are even lured in by lower prices when traveling for plastic surgery.
🎻 Mark your calendar: June 14 in Vienna, VA! I’m performing Barber’s Violin Concerto with The McLean Symphony.
Violin has been a large part of my life. The discipline + artistry in music shape how I care for patients.
Hope to see you there! #Violinist#LiveMusic#FacialPlastics
