@KcRoyal5280@PFF Chester Taylor and Adrian Peterson rushed for over 6,000 yards in a 3-year span. Priest Holmes and Larry Johnson rushed for 77 touchdowns in a 3-year span. Neither one of the two tandems you listed above have done either.
@PFF Top five running back tandems since 2000 who played at least three consecutive years together.
1) A. Peterson/ C.Taylor 07-09
2) L. Tomlinson/ M. Turner 05-07
3) D. Williams/ J. Stewart 08-10
4) MJD/ F. Taylor 06-08
5) P. Holmes/ L. Johnson 03-05

@jackypaper824@AstroRhythm_@PFF True but this isn't about the individuals this is about the tandems. And the one tandem that was actually the most dominant is not even listed which was Adrian Peterson and Chester Taylor between 07-09. They had to combine 6,065 yards and 62 touchdowns.
@jackypaper824@AstroRhythm_@PFF If Chubb and Hunt can rush for a combined 2,151 yards and 14 touchdowns in 2021 they can surpass what D'Angelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart did between 2008 and 2010.
@richardvickers@PFF_College I mean you do realize Fieldss only played eight games and only had 225 attempts. Lawrence played 10 and it had 335 attempts. If you average Lawrence's best eight, his completion percentage was 73.4. stats can be misleading if you don't break them down correctly.
@richardvickers@PFF_College Are you for real? Tell me you knew nothing about college football without telling me you know nothing about college football.
@EverettJE@JosinaAnderson A guy that averages 5-6 catches, 50-60 yards, and half a TD a season doesn't qualify as a "Real Tight End". If bow is half decent. He could put up better numbers this year, than this this guy's whole 6 year career lol.
QUESTION? #Jaguars fans what do you think are good statistical numbers for a tight end in a single season? Not elite numbers but solid average numbers. #DUUUVAL#OwnIt
