Happy Fourteen! Another trip around the Sun and another year with every conceivable emotion. I usually don't post anything, but I wanted everyone to know just how amazing you are. I've known it for a long time, I get to see it first hand every day, but no one else gets to see how tirelessly you support our family, so I'm going to tell them now.

You have absolutely the biggest heart of anyone I have ever known. You never quit on anyone. Ever. Even when it's tough, even if it means you're own happiness comes in last, you are a tireless cheerleader, who brings out the best in us.

You don't learn who a person is by all the fun things you do with each other. When times are easy all people are fun and I cherish the millions of fun memories we have made. You see the true character, the true heart, and the true nature of a person when times are tough. People fold, they throw in the towel, they refuse to do what they know is right and walk away because it's hard and takes effort. They prioritize their own time and happiness over the needs of others. That's not you.

God never promised us this life would be easy. Life is hard. It always has been hard and always will be hard and we have unfortunately seen too many tough times, but with each one, I get to see your true heart which is the heart of a fighter, boundless in love, and steadfast. I know you will always be there by my side fighting with and for our family and you have no idea the amount of comfort that brings.

Fourteen years ago, I had no idea my life would be what it is today, the road we have traveled, the ups and downs along the way, but I can soundly say it was the happiest day of my life and lives in my heart forever. Whatever comes in the future, I know we will face it head on together, heart with heart, hand in hand, together as one.

Who can find a virtuous and capable wife?
She is more precious than rubies.

I know I don't have the greatest reach here but I'm looking for a doctor who might be able to assist with an alternative cancer treatment for progressive #PCNSL for my father-in-law. We are now past 4th line treatment and are running out of options.

After having spent way to much time with family at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, all I can say is that after Covid, for one of the US top hospitals, based on the level of care, and attention to individual patients needs, you are seriously screwed. Don't get sick. Don't be alone.
