@Deliveroo @DeliverooHelp Food takes over 2 hours, arrives COMPLETELY cold and inedible. This food was supposed to arrive within 30 minutes. Your bot support will only give £3 refund when all of the food is inedible. Cancelling my Deliveroo Gold. Never using you guys again.
