आधी रात का तख्तापलट: कैसे मोदी-शाह ने मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त (CEC) की नियुक्ति पर कब्जा किया

1️⃣ सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला – सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह अनिवार्य किया था कि मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त (CEC) का चयन करने वाली समिति में प्रधानमंत्री (PM), विपक्ष के नेता (LoP) और भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश (CJI) शामिल हों।

2️⃣ सरकार की सत्ता हथियाने की कोशिश – मोदी सरकार ने एक नया कानून पारित करके CJI को हटा दिया और उनकी जगह प्रधानमंत्री के चुने हुए एक मंत्री को शामिल किया, जिससे न्यायिक निगरानी कमजोर हो गई।

3️⃣ कानूनी चुनौती – इस कानून को चुनौती देते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक याचिका दायर की गई, जिससे इसकी वैधता पर सवाल उठ गया।

4️⃣ सुप्रीम कोर्ट की सुनवाई तय – सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस याचिका पर सुनवाई की तारीख 19 फरवरी तय की, जो नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया को प्रभावित कर सकती थी।

5️⃣ सरकार की पूर्व-धारणात्मक कार्रवाई – खतरे को भांपते हुए, सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के हस्तक्षेप से पहले ही CEC चयन समिति की बैठक जल्दबाजी में बुला ली।

6️⃣ विपक्ष के नेता श्री राहुल गांधी का विरोध – विपक्ष के नेता ने स्थगन की मांग की और समिति से सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले का इंतजार करने का आग्रह किया।

7️⃣ मोदी-शाह का अधिक्रमण – राहुल गांधी के विरोध को मोदी और शाह ने खारिज कर दिया, जिनके पास समिति में बहुमत था।

8️⃣ आधी रात की घोषणा – एक चौंकाने वाले कदम में, सरकार ने 17 फरवरी की आधी रात को, सुप्रीम कोर्ट की सुनवाई से महज 2 दिन पहले, ज्ञानेश कुमार को नए CEC के रूप में घोषित कर दिया।

9️⃣ शाह का कनेक्शन – ज्ञानेश कुमार, जिन्हें अमित शाह का दाहिना हाथ माना जाता है, को 2024 के चुनावों की निगरानी के लिए चुना गया, जिससे भाजपा का चुनावी प्रक्रिया पर पकड़ और मजबूत हो गई।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट को दरकिनार करने से लेकर आधी रात की नियुक्ति तक, मोदी और शाह ने दिनदहाड़े सबसे बड़े चुनावी तख्तापलट को अंजाम दिया।
