No evidence or explanation, just their (false) claim I was involved in something I wasn't.

I've never been involved in RWT, bought 30+ bonds in 2.5 months and they falsely accused me and took away part of my GP.
Check out my story, I think we're in the same situation - and so are many others.
@baron_pyke@JagexSupport@ECC_web Thank you @baron_pyke. It unfortunate, but I hope for my sake and for the sake of all other players who have never broken a rule and got wrongly accused this improves.
I assume I traded someone who was flagged and got chain banned.
Until this improves, I am not trading anyone.
@JagexSupport answered my 2nd appeal and still deny they made a mistake.
At least I got an answer, but unfortunately this doesn't help the fact that:
1) I've not done any RWT and can prove it.
2) They've removed the gold I obtained buying bonds.

For the re-evaluation of appeals FAIRLY and with proof of offences… seems like there is no proof and people are being banned & losing accounts

@unsociablepanda@JagexSupport@Jagex@OldSchoolRS And regarding 2nd appeal - they claim its a 2nd chance to appeal, and then they close the appeal as resolved without even replying.
I bought a total of 30+ bonds in 3 months from @Jagex to convert into GP to speed up my progress - and then they take my GP away. Its insane.

I got hit with a 6 day ban, also on false accusations, but have had no luck getting any reply from @JagexSupport anywhere.
Honestly the appeal system and lack of customer service at @Jagex is criminal.

Yes, there have been more tickets with the recent ban wave, but closing tickets as resolved to look good in reports doesn't fix a thing.

• 2019/770 Digital Content: Paid goods must stay accessible. You removed gold I legally obtained through bonds.

@JagexSupport@OldSchoolRS On the day I was banned, I sold ~2,400 snapdragons I’d been farming and putting immense effort in.
That earned ~26M gold — and all of it, the product of a ton of work and dedication, was removed alongside other items and rest of my gold.
