Here’s my take on Trump's fake assassination drama

Now we find out this kid who is alleged
to have shot Trump was a registered Republican. So here’s the scenario:

You find some naïve kid who loves
the idea of Trump and also likes violence and that’s why he likes Trump.
You tell him he’s gonna be
a hero because they’re doing this thing
to make Trump look like an almost martyr. And the kid is gung ho and never stops
to think that he’s not going to survive this incident.
I don’t know why the other man who was shot was chosen to be a victim. or maybe he wasn’t, maybe when they were offing the kid they hit that guy by mistake too.

Tariffs being inflationary because of their impact on prices of imports is (generally) understood by (financially aware) people. what doesn't get talked about are the knock on inflation aspects due to American companies' responses to tariffs on their competitors.
