I filed TDR for Pnr 4848171351 and 4428202583 as train was late for more than 5hrs on 9th november
Its been 20 days since i haven’t received the refund yet

@IRCTCofficial On arrival at station we got to know about train running late and in that scenario we booked the next train out and then filed for tdr of the train

There should be message for the train being late so i can cancel or look for alternative ticket booking
There was no such message for train running late

@IRCTCofficial I booked the ticket only in noon of the travelling day and after arriving at the station i got to know about the late departure as no text message received for the late departure
I Booked next train ticket and then i cancelled these tickets
