@sony_india Since 19th Oct My complaint is pending 2nd Nov they took my TV for repair 4th they asked for money for the part to be replaced 11th Nov they say it will take 1 week more 19th Oct to 19 Nov In Noida . I will never buy or recommend a SONY Product in future

@sony_india Comolint no 72333718,Till it has not been resolved Engineer visited 3 days back and said the TV has to go to workshop For 3 days it's not picked up Service center is too rude to talk to them- Engineer 8860208062 who is supposed to come his mobile is switched off - Will never buy

21st Dec Mr Sukhpal at S 59 Noida office collected my total bills personally It was converted into 2 claims no 820051 & 820051 (I don't understand Why) after that you are asking me for Bank proof which I have already mailed you 4 times @Niva_Bupa@irda_qc
