First HYROX. First race. One hell of a comeback.
Accident → missed half marathon → doubts → cramps → finish line.
2:10:21. HYROX Mumbai.
Not the time I wanted. But I showed up and finished. Now we build.
I sleep at 9 PM.
Wake up at 5 AM.
Don’t drink. Don’t smoke.
Run. Lift weights.
Mind my own business.
Does anybody else live like this, or am I the last one left? 😂
Relationships aren’t about giving 100% only when it’s convenient.
You may give everything to the person closest to you, but when you need them, they’re not there.
Be there for your people—especially when life gets difficult.
That’s what real relationships are about.
After 35, choose your partner carefully.
You’ve seen enough of life to know that the wrong decision can cost you years of peace, happiness, finances, and growth.
Don’t choose because of age, loneliness, or pressure.
Choose someone who brings peace, respect, loyalty, and growth
POV: Discipline over excuses.
You won’t always feel motivated.
You won’t always have the perfect conditions.
But you can still show up.
Do it anyway.
That’s where progress begins.
