The company that have trademarked a certain smiley face have gone to the courts regarding this. I can see your shop on the list of shops affected in the email Etsy sent out earlier

@samanthavass @Etsy No, but I have put up screenshots of conversation with the live support team. And i was complaining to them on Facebook and Instagram along with email.
But no never been asked for my shop name on any socials

@Etsy The seller pictured appears to be re selling item from Ali express. Thought reselling wasn’t allowed ?

@FloridaMad42721 Let me guess we message them then they ask for $65 to purchase a firewall booster. But the payment has to be made via crypto , zelle, Paypal or cash app. It’s called a recovery scam. That persons Instagram also had 0 posts.

@Etsy Buyers be aware when purchasing from Etsy. The platform has currently put payment reserves on thousands of shops as they are apparently a ‘Risk’. Etsy are holding 75% of funds and paying sellers 25% making the shops even more of a risk, as it’s impossible to operate!
