@Yippie00123 The book is only available through my personal website - it was a kickstarter project, but will be available for general purchase (even international!) early next year, so keep an eye out!
Hey friends, if you want to see more cows (and horses and knights and dragons and unicorns and griffins and kelpies) then join me at any of these places, as itβs about time for this little rat to jump ship and paddle for pleasanter shores!
@JulieJubz Right now I've got a Canon Lide220 - it does a great job for the price point (just be aware that if you let your cats knock it off the desk multiple times, you will have to cradle it like a baby, holding the cord just right so it will scan π₯²)
@JulieJubz (I assume other art programs would have similar adjustment features - the PS version I use is ancient, so things might even be different on newer version)
@JulieJubz Itβs hard to get it to match the original perfectly, but I can usually get it pretty close. Then I do a slight Smart Sharpen on the whole thing to bring out the pencil texture.
@JeremyCShipp Iβve got a Kickstarter going right now for my illustrated novel, The Grandest Tales of Clementine β ending July 31st. Itβs a great pick if you're looking to add some cheering, light-hearted fantasy (and maybe a lot of farm animals) to your reading fodder.

@imnotghostsing Oh no! I felt like the cicadas where I lived were a little late emerging this year, but they've finally gotten into full swing now - hopefully your cicadas are just sleeping in and will come out eventually. It doesn't sound like summer without cicadas!
@Rene_es_cartes -and getting good at using the clone tool to clean up any dust (or cat hair) that inevitably slips in. Having a decent scanner to start with helps. I also have to do a lot of βedge refiningβ to make the white borders actually white on a computer screen.
@Rene_es_cartes Ah! Years of trial and error. Learning how to use Levels to adjust the image to get the right tones, Saturation/Vibrancy to get the colors accurate (and both those are specific to how each scanner scans and where its deficiencies lie)
@Mimi_DrawzZz It's mostly from my imagination, and a bit from the knowledge I've collected over the years about animals from different biomes - but it would be very cool to do some research into unicorn lore from various cultures!
@Mobupan42 No, they're still bees! They've got an item that makes them look like their old human self, and alternate looking like bees/human every other day for the best of both worlds β€οΈπ
