I have not received my cheque yet. When I spoke to the customer care representative at the bank, they informed me that it has been delivered to the Noida 63 branch. However, when I went to the branch, they told me that they have not received it yet.@ICICIBank_Care

I have been just wandering around from bank to bank & I haven't gotten any response, Customer care is also of no help.
@ICICIBank_Care is not responding and I'm unable to collect my cheque, it has been rejected due to the name default. Can you please resolve this issue urgently?
