पिछले लगभग 4 महीनों से मेरे घर में ऊपर वाले फ्लैट से लगातार पानी का रिसाव हो रहा है। इसके कारण मेरे घर की छत, दीवारों का प्लास्टर एवं पेंट गंभीर रूप से क्षतिग्रस्त हो चुके हैं। संलग्न फोटो वर्तमान स्थिति दर���शाते हैं।

इस संबंध में अब तक: —

• कई बार भवन मालिक एवं किरायेदार से अनुरोध किया गया।
• नोएडा अथॉरिटी में लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई।

• अथॉरिटी द्वारा नोटिस भी जारी किया गया, लेकिन लगभग डेढ़ महीने बाद भी कोई प्रभावी कार्रवाई नहीं हुई।

• 112 पुलिस सहायता भी ली गई।
• ईमेल एवं पुनः शिकायतें भी भेजी गईं।
• सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट महोदय को भी प्रार्थना-पत्र दिया जा चुका है।

इसके बावजूद आज तक समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ है और मेरे घर को लगातार नुकसान हो रहा है।

कृपया तत्काल स्थलीय निरीक्षण कराकर पानी का रिसाव बं��� कराया जाए तथा संबंधित पक्ष के विरुद्ध नियमानुसार आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाए।
