I’m owed £1500 by @ThreeUK in unauthorised charges. I’ve seen many people make complaints on here with the same issue, has anyone managed to resolve their issue & who did you contact? Unfortunately the staff are extremely inept & have zero customer care. #threemobile#scammed
@scardwell55@ThreeUK They don’t look after their customers. I’ve been waiting 10 months for a £1500 refund & been passed from department to department… unfortunately I’m having to seek legal channels which they’ve been threatened with & didn’t seem to care. Don’t use three mobile is the lesson.
@ThreeUKSupport@peteylaing Hi Pete, I’ve experienced the same, unfortunately mine was £1500. What department did you contact as no one in Three seems to understand the word “refund”.
Also their tweeted response is insulting… “oh we’re sorry…” sounds very sincere.
@EmmaHig14157034@ThreeUKSupport Hi Emma, I’m currently experiencing the same issue with regards to affected credit score after Three have made unauthorised charges of over £1500.
Contact Ofcom for advise on how to claim your money back & the Business ombudsmen. Three unfortunately are completely inept.
@96_enw@ThreeUKSupport Get out whilst you can pal. I’ve been overcharged £1500 in 10 months on what should have been a £26 a month contract & they’ve now cut me off & wont respond to requests for a refund.
@GutierresAles@ThreeUK They owe me £1500 In unauthorised charges after they messed up a new contract. They’ve chosen to ignore me after pointing me to the wrong departments time & time again. Apparently no one within their business dept, store or on the phone know how to perform a refund.
@ThreeUK £1500 & rising in what you owe me in unauthorised charges you’ve made to my account. Do you care to respond or ignore me like you have done on direct messages?
@ThreeUKSupport I signed a contract for £26 a month. I’m now owed almost £1,500 after being over charged for the last 9 months for two numbers that have nothing to do with me. My numbers that should have been transferred haven’t been & are getting charged too.
@ThreeUKSupport I’ve already spoken to them multiple times. They told me to go into store & store told me to ring them. So far everyone’s passed the buck. Who do I need to email so it’s in writing before I pursue legal channels.
@ThreeUK I’ve been getting overcharged for months now & I’m owed well over a thousand pounds at this point. No one from store or when I call 333 knows what to do. I need a refund & asap or I’ll be contacting a solicitor… suggestions?
@ThreeUKSupport If you takeaway what I should have been paying, £26 a month for the two lines, I’m owed £1,070. The two numbers that are nothing to do with me I was told were suspended but it came out again this month.
@ThreeUKSupport I signed a “business contract” with two lines, both at £13 each. Instead they didn’t transfer my numbers & I’ve been getting charged £78 a month for two numbers I don’t have & then my old contract prices of £45 & £10. This has been going on since February…
