@parcelforce As already mentioned, a formal complaint was submitted and Parcelforce chose to fob me off. I received only a response of excuses and simple placations. No mention either of downright rude behaviour of staff.
Will it be different this second time??

@MattDoble89@parcelforce Another complete fail yesterday. After being told by two separate staff my parcel would be collected yesterday 22/01, another no show. Called and was told they had rescheduled to today. Guess no one thought to check with or tell me...the paying customer!!
@MattDoble89@parcelforce Also told by helpdesk agent, he didn't know why PF tracker didn't show accurate and timely info as he "didn't design the system" and couldn't tell me how formal complaints were dealt with because he "didn't have a crystal ball" and "couldn't see into the future"
@MattDoble89@parcelforce Parcelforce are terrible. Collection booked today, was told any time between 0900-1700. Stayed in all day. Driver was a no show. Apparently "customer not available"! Despite me waiting on all day...oh and my ring doorbell ofcourse πΈ

@BarclaysUKHelp To what end? I've already spoken to at least 2 of your colleagues and they are more.interested in splitting hairs over whether I have a 'concern' or 'complaint' than actually serving the customer
@currys Your colleagues here already said they wont resolve the issue despite me speaking to several different people. The phone helpline said the same.

They pay lip service and continually apologise and say they want to help...fact is I'm still without the phone I ordered last month.

I think it's worth spending a bit more elsewhere for the piece of mind

Apparently everyone at Currys loves to say they can help. But no one can actually help.
