Counsel him and set forth a plan that he will be drug tested weekly and if he fucks up again he’s kicked out. Don’t scream at him and treat him like shit, and he will realize his mistake. If he fucks up again, he loses his job.

Kid pisses hot for cocaine use on a drug test. Clearly a big fuckup. Almost certainly he will be kicked out. He has a wife and kids. Has 40k plus in debt.
