@booniecake (This has generally been my approach I've taken when making inserts for myself and friends. I size it for my largest penlight, then I'll use a box cutter to trim the bottom as needed if their light is shorter.)

It's popular to light them up to wave for an idol artist's highest energy songs (Snow Halation being probably the most notable one). They're banned at a lot of shows tho.
