Boys gutted out one the the fastest meets! Done before 7pm! 4x4 did just enough to stay one point ahead of Gilbert for the win!

Record setting kind of night in Ames!

The distance med team of Casey Williamson, Jake Balvanz, Samuel Benson, and Jonah Vander Wilt broke the distance med school record last night while finishing 2nd in a time of 3:42.27! Vander Wilt also earned a 4th place medal in the 800.

Actually a ridiculous game & week for Iowa State.

Defense was menacing, their shot makers made SUPER TOUGH shots. They lived up to the moment, as did Hilton Magic.
